This site exists to help you plan the entertainment for a whole event in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, not just to book one act.
Who we are
DubaiEventAgency.com is an event entertainment service based in Dubai. We plan programmes for corporate events, gala dinners and award nights, product launches and brand activations, weddings, private parties and seasonal events such as National Day, Ramadan and Christmas. The roster covers more than 400 types of acts, from live bands, string groups, DJs and MCs to dancers, cultural troupes, LED and light acts, aerial and roaming performers.
What we do
- Plan the programme. We suggest the act for each part of the evening and set the running order and the changeover times.
- Book the acts. We propose specific performers with videos, not just a category, and send an itemised price.
- Agree the details with your venue. Power, stage size, load in times, sound limits and the permit question.
- Manage the night. We brief every performer, agree the cues with your event manager and keep the timing on track.
Stage management, AV support, venue finding and production design can be arranged alongside the acts.
Why a site for event entertainment
Planning entertainment for a whole event raises questions that a single performer cannot answer: which act fits which part of the night, how long each should play, what the venue allows, what a full programme costs and who is in charge on the day. This site answers those in one place, so you can plan before you speak to anyone.
How a booking works
- You send the date, the venue, the guest count, the type of event and the agenda.
- We suggest a programme with the acts that are free and an itemised price.
- You agree the acts, the running order and the set times.
- On the day, the team manages the performers to your running order.
