Questions people ask

Who runs this website?

DubaiEventAgency.com is an event entertainment service based in Dubai. Every enquiry made here is handled by our team in Dubai.

How much does event entertainment cost in Dubai?

Corporate event entertainment usually costs AED 3,500 to AED 45,000 depending on the acts. A band, an MC and one specialty act for a 300 to 500 guest gala usually runs AED 25,000 to AED 45,000, and a private party package of 3 to 5 acts AED 6,000 to AED 20,000 or more.

Do you plan the whole programme or just book acts?

Both. We can book a single act, or plan the running order for the whole event and manage the performers on the night.

Are AV, staging and lighting included?

They are quoted separately. Stage management, AV support, venue finding and production design can be arranged alongside the acts.

Do we need an entertainment permit?

Public or ticketed events in Dubai usually need a DET permit, and Abu Dhabi events fall under DCT. Private events in hotels usually run under the venue licence. Private parties at home need none.

How far ahead should we book?

Six to eight weeks for a corporate evening, ten to twelve weeks for a gala between October and April, three to six weeks for a wedding and 3 to 10 days for a private party on a normal weekend.

Which dates fill first?

National Day week, Ramadan, Eid, December and Thursday or Friday evenings from October to April.

Can you handle separate ladies and men halls at a wedding?

Yes. You need two acts in parallel or one act playing a shorter set in each hall, and we plan the timing for both.

Is a bilingual MC available?

Yes. English and Arabic bilingual hosts are available for corporate events, galas and award nights.

What do you need from us to send a quote?

The date, the venue, the guest count, the type of event and the agenda. A budget range helps us suggest the right programme.

Do you work in Abu Dhabi?

Yes, for corporate events, galas, launches, weddings and private parties.
